SUMMARY
Locates DNs based on their service level.
The DEVICE_ONLY qualifier displays the directory number (DN) of all devices that have a Service Level of IP Device Only. These devices do not consume an IP User License.
The PENDING_USER qualifier displays the DN of all Hot Desk ACD Agents who are unlicensed (i.e. in "pending" state) because they were added to the system prior to MCD Release 4.1. To obtain a license, the agents must log in or the administrator must open and save their records on the User and Services Configuration form.
The MULTI_DEVICE qualifier displays the DN of all devices that have a Service Level of Multi-Device. These devices do not consume an IP User License.
The TRUSTED qualifier displays the DN of all devices that have a Service Level of Trusted Service. These devices do not consume an IP User License.
The SUMMARY qualifier displays the totals for all users, subject to the following qualifications:
The total number of Hot Desk Users includes Hot Desk ACD Users who are currently unlicensed (in "pending" state) because they were created prior to MCD Release 4.1.
The total number of Full Service IP Devices includes IP consoles as well as sets.
The sum of all totals should equal the Configurable IP Users and Devices - Used value located in the Configuration Options sub-section of the System Capacity form.
The sum of all totals should not exceed the Maximum_Configurable_Users_and_IP_Devices value in the License and Option Selection form.
NOTE: The following examples are for a resilient configuration, with unique details provided for the two controllers (primary and secondary).
